Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

Yes, you will need ID to check-in to the conference. Although the 4 day/3 night hotel charges are included, you will need ID and credit/debit card for the hotel check-in for incidentals that may not be covered after your $100 resort credit. There is an age minimum of 21 years old due to the Open Bar Receptions.


What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

Transportation to the Hard Rock Hotel from the Orlando airport (MCO) is included, as well as the valet & daily parking fees for those who will park at the HRH.


What can/can't I bring to the event?

Smartphones and tablets with earpiece, preferably iPhones & iPads, are required to participate. This event is entirely "Going Green" which means there will be no printed materials. All conference info and session agendas will be delivered via digital media app and audio will be delivered from the moderators via iPhone/iPad earpiece.

As a professional conference, it is expected that attendees will not bring any illegal devices or substances.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Yes, your ticket is transferable with no additional fee.


Can I update my registration information?

Yes, you can update your information via the Eventbrite website. Please email info@ADRInternational.com should you have any difficulties.

 

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You do not need your printed ticket; you will check-in to the conference with your confirmation scan code on your smartphone or tablet, iPhone or iPad.

 

What is the refund policy?

Refunds will be processed for 100% up until 30 days prior to this event, November 6, 2012. Any requests after that date should be forwarded via email and shall be reviewed for consideration on a case-by-case basis, noting that tickets are transferable.

 

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

No, the registration name and the attendee's name must match, as ID is required for conference check-in and hotel check-in.
