Join us for cocktails and small bites as we talk about the many ways you can use spices and herbs to enhance your favorite recipes.
Gardenaire creates exciting flavors that are hand-crafted using organically grown ingredients. Our series of classes at Forager will cover our shrubs (drinking vinegars), infused syrups, signature spice blends and loose-leaf teas and tisanes. Our third session will spotlight our spice blends and teas/tisanes.

Our tantalizing spice mixes help every cook create delicious recipes for any occasion and palate. We grind and blend our organic herbs and spices in small batches to ensure the utmost freshness.
Our daily tea ritual, fueled by the pursuit of the perfect cup and the love of a whistling kettle, led us to create our blends of premium loose leaf teas and tisanes. We sourced the finest organic teas and hand blend them with organic herbs and spices to create crisp and refreshing blends that can be enjoyed hot or iced. Our caffeine free tisanes are flavorful infusions of herbs and spices in alluring combinations that can be savored any time of day.
During this session, we will explore some of the many ways that you can create exceptional flavors by adding Gardenaire Spice Blends to your favorite recipes.
This session will include:
- suggestions for using spices in cooking
- suggestions for using spices in baking
- suggestions for using spices to transform your favorite recipes
- samples of recipes including pita chips with Sailing the Aegean Aioli and Za’atar Hummus, baked fries, marinated olives, cocktails featuring Gardenaire syrups and shrubs, tea service and more
