Join Swap.com's own Swapaholics for the first ever
National #SwapDay kick-off party & mega swap!
We're celebrating another awesome year of swapping,
sharing instead of owning, and sustainable style
with our biggest swap yet.
Thursday January 20th
at the Arts at the Armory
191 Highland Ave
Registration & Swap Lounge
5 to 7:45 p.m
8 to 10 p.m.
1. Buy your ticket online.
Entrance to the swap is $15 with a bag of stuff to swap, or $20 if you come empty handed. (The first 50 ticket buyers get a $5 discount!)
A "bag" can be anywhere from a handful to a closetful of items, totally depends on how big your urge is to purge, and it all ends up working out in the wash.
2. Show up at the swap (with your bag of stuff)
between 5 - 7:30 p.m. on Thursday January 20th.
We'll register you for the event and give you a wristband, and take your bag of items to be expertly sorted into our "Pop-Up Swap" store. Each swapper will be given an identical, empty National Swap Day reusable bag to fill to the brim with all the new-to-you items you can carry when the swap begins at 8 p.m. SHARP.
3. Sip & Snack in our Swap Lounge from 5 to 10 p.m.
We'll have a swapper lounge set up in the balcony level of the Armory throughout the event where you can sip and snack on samples from VitaCoco coconut water and Pretzel Crisps, as well as meet the Swap.com team and test-drive our new mobile app, which is being unveiled to the public for the first time at the swap!
4. Start your swapping engines at 8 p.m. SHARP.
The good stuff goes fast, but there's plenty to go around! Entrance to
the swap starts at 8 p.m. and each section will be curated (and
refereed) by our expert swap sponsors. No pushing, no grabbing, no rude or greedy behavior.
Swapping is all about sharing, so play nice!
Each section of the swap will be expertly curated by
