Examining Systemic Barriers and Bias in Legislation

This session will give an introduction and examples of how legislation can contribute to systemic barriers for our clients. It will also look at how bias can impact our work as Public Servants, with a few case examples. We hope this session will leave you thinking critically about how you can help improve the way legislation is administered.
