Panel A: The Brazilian System of Justice and American Influence

3:00 pm - 4:00 pm (PDT) / 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm (Brazil)

A panel discussion addressing key features of the contemporary legal system in Brazil, including differences between Common and Civil Law Traditions, the influence of American legal culture, Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), and cooperative litigation. A question and answer period will follow.
