October 20th is our annual EWS, co-ed, multigenerational gathering. We expect a wide variety of male and female executives (Director-level and above) from Colorado’s premiere middle market and large companies, such as DaVita, CH2M Hill, Western Union, Xcel Energy, Zayo, Otterbox, and many more to attend.
We encourage our qualified attendees to invite their high school and/or college-aged sons and daughters to join us. Attendees are also welcome to invite a high-potential, millennial "mentee" from their organization to this special event.

Curt is the CEO of The Coffman Organization. In addition to his work on various Boards of Directors, Curt is also an Executive Fellow at the Daniels School of Business, University of Denver. He is a renowned Author, Consultant and Speaker on Employee and Customer Engagement. He spent twenty two years as a Senior Executive and Global Practice Leader with The Gallup Organization.
