Evolve Houston Relaunch Event
This past year, Evolve introduced a new logo and website to continue embarking on its mission to improve air quality and reduce greenhouse gas emissions through transportation electrification.
Now, we are excited to share that Mayor Sylvester Turner will present Evolve's new Executive Director & President at the relaunch event.
We are inviting you, your family and friends, and colleagues to celebrate Evolve Houston's relaunch and to charge into the future of clean transportation with fresh energy.
Evolve is excited to host individuals and organizations from across Texas to celebrate the meaningful collaboration Houston and Texas have inspired to advance clean transportation. This event is an opportunity to hear first-hand about Evolve's and Houston's latest initiatives from Mayor Turner, Evolve's founding members: the City of Houston, CenterPoint Energy, NRG Energy, Shell, and the University of Houston, and other major stakeholders taking part in this effort.

This panel will facilitate discussions regarding environmental injustice and the roles that public-private partnerships, community engagement, and micro-mobility and public transit play in electrifying Houston’s transportation equitably.
Panel 2: Expanding EV Charging Infrastructure State-Wide
This panel will facilitate discussions regarding Houston’s EV infrastructure, covering topics such as EVSE funding, Houston’s grid resilience/projected charging demand, and V2X considerations.
