About this event
Peter Larsson is the coach and expert in movement. This class will focus on minimalistic natural movement outside in nature. We will learn how to create the foundation of human natural movement all with practical application to real life, and no machines.
Peter holds the MCT-L1 certification (MovNat Certified Trainer Level 1), amongst many other certifications.
