Event description

Description

When building a startup, you have two resources to drive your success: your idea, and your people. Ideas are often transient; it’s not uncommon for startups to pivot two or three times in their evolution. It’s your people that form the backbone of your organization, and that make the difference between success or failure. With this in mind, how can you ensure you make the right hiring decisions, the ones that will power your growth from one person to 100? The decisions surrounding building and retaining a top-tier team can be overwhelming.

This panel will discuss how startups should approach hiring, and challenge conventional wisdom. Learn more about how to build teams, structure organizations and empower exceptional talent to support your organization's success.
