Everything Women in Tech Should Really Know About Women in Tech
Event Information
About this Event
We all want to increase the number of women in tech. But when we get to the point where we have to take care of our own interests at work, we tend to make the same mistakes.
What can we individually do to change it? In this talk you’ll hear about things that fail women when looking for jobs, what solutions can help parents working in tech and what can we learn from men when negotiating.
The content of this talk is based on the results of Women in Tech Survey 2019, data from other studies and the best practices learned from tech companies.
