Everything is Better with Bacon

Take a couple of pounds of bacon. Basket-weave the strips. Now fill it with the stuffing of your choice - sausage, peppers, onions, veggies. Roll, bake, baste, and finally slice and enjoy the Bacon Explosion!
We will be making this and more with porky goodness so you will be sure to score mega points at your big game football party!
Chef Mick has been curing and smoking his own bacon and has gotten pretty creative with multiple delicious ways to enjoy it. Learn about curing and smoking your own bacon as well.
Menu: Bacon Explosion, Bacon Wrapped Jalapeno Shrimp, Bacon Wrapped Dates Filled with Cream Cheese, Five Spice Pork Belly Lettuce Cups, Bacon and Blue Cheese Cake, Bacon Oatmeal Breakfast Cookies
All equipment and aprons will be provided for use during the class.
Class starts promptly at start time.
As we will be cooking and using sharp objects, closed toed shoes are required.
No one under the age of 18.
