Everyday Mindfulness:
Harnessing Wisdom and Compassion for Authentic, Wholehearted Living

At its root, mindfulness is about paying curious attention to what is happening right now. It is simple, but it sure isn’t easy. It requires both a steady attention and a loving heart to face whatever arises in our experience. And it takes practice. The growing science of neuroplasticity tells us that we can literally "train the brain" to be less reactive and more thoughtful in our everyday life. Mindfulness and Meditation can be helpful in this journey.

No experience necessary. No cost to attend. Participants may attend some or all sessions. (Please register online for each session you plan to attend.)

September 11 - What To Do With a Busy Mind

October 16 - How To Become Comfortable With Uncertainty

November 20 - How To Cultivate Self-Compassion

These experiential workshops include teachings, guided mindfulness practices, discussion as well as written and electronic resources to bring home with you.
