The Spartanburg County Foundation (SCF)is committed to improving the lives of Spartanburg County residents by promoting philanthropy, encouraging community engagement and responding to community needs.  Established in 1943, The Spartanburg County Foundation is the oldest community foundation in South Carolina.  The Foundation is governed by a volunteer board of respected community leaders and managed by professionals with knowledge of the community and its most pressing needs. We are YOUR Community Foundation.
