Thursday September 21

Arrive in Colorado at your leisure!

There will be a private catered meal for adventure attendees to join if you're in town soon enough to do so. The Gateway Canyons resort is a gorgeous setting to launch our weekend with delicious food, a cash bar and great company for the evening. The venue tonight has a dining room that opens to an outdoor seating area and fire pit to enjoy as well!

Please note that a ticket for Thursday which will include your dinner and hotel room will need to be purchased in addition to an all-inclusive adventure ticket if you'd like to join us for Thursday night.

Friday September 22

This is the official kick off for the event! We'll check out of Gateway this morning, if you're so inclined, the on-site auto museum is free to those that have stayed the night at the resort! We'll host a private catered lunch on site at the resort before circling up and departing Gateway towards Telluride.

Once we get to Telluride we will get everyone checked into and settled in their rooms for the weekend! The accomodations for the weekend are included in your registration fee. The property we will be at are condo-style and will be dual occupancy, however, each registrant(and guest, when applicable) will have their own bedroom and bathroom, and additionally you will have access to a living space, full kitchen, fireplace and outdoor deck in addition to your own space. If you have a guest coming with you and not coming on the drive this is a great amenity to take advantage of having somewhere to hang out and recharge while remaining connected to the outdoors and mountain views that Telluride is known for.

Saturday September 23

Grab breakfast on your own, ensure your car is fueled and you have anything you'll want/need for a day of driving! We'll depart this morning and not return to the lodge until late afternoon/early evening. Lunch is included while we are out, and dinner when we return to Telluride will also be covered.

Sunday September 24

We depart Telluride this morning, and bid farewell to new friends and old. Depending on which way you need to head, or how your travel plans are we'll continue a fun drive up towards Grand Junction which is a really good cross roads to get on the road for major travel back to where ever you may need to go!
