Description

In vinyasa yoga classes, students coordinate movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next. Vinyasa is also the term used to describe a ​specific ​sequence of poses commonly used throughout a vinyasa class​.

**One of the most substantial benefits of vinyasa yoga is its ability to calm the mind. Instead of worrying about how you're going to pay your bills, what you need at the grocery store, the deadlines at work and the snarky remark made by your teenage son, you focus entirely on the breath, movement and pose sequences. This makes vinyasa yoga a moving meditation.


This class is instructed by Shauntel Gaines, A graduate of the Hot Asana University 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training (January of 2016), Shauntel realized how intimate being a instructor really is and was convicted to dive deeper into her investigation of the different lineages of Yoga and how to integrate them into her already well functioning classes and personal practices.

Her goal is to teach classes and host workshops worldwide that welcome an open hearted investigation of self in order to lead to the liberation of creativity and an empowered sense of existence.
