Join yoga teacher Amy Baack for a Donation Sunset Stretch Yoga flow at San Diego's beautiful Sunset Cliffs every Wednesday evening! It doesn't get better than this oceanfront view at sunset. 😍🌊
This is an accessible all-levels 60 minute Slow Gentle Hatha flow yoga class, and everyone is welcome, including beginners! It's the perfect way to unwind after a busy day and rehab your body.

Bring a yoga mat, a towel for underneath your mat (optional, the cliffs can get dusty), sun protection, water, and all your friends & fam!
Meet right at the intersection of Sunset Cliffs Blvd & Adair St at the northern tip of the park (there's plenty of free street parking in the area). Be sure to enter in Sunset Cliffs Blvd & Adair St on your GPS for the right spot. We're right next to the Inn at Sunset Cliffs and the Natural Park sign.
SUMMER HOURS (March 10-September): 6:00-7:00 pm
WINTER HOURS (October-March 9): 5:00-6:00 pm
Space is limited per park regulations and registration is required, so please grab your free ticket here on Eventbrite to join! Each week tends to fill up, so be sure to snag your spot early, and please Cancel your tickets if you know you will be unable to attend.
