SVDGVRL SOURCE(pronounced sadgirl source) is a wellness initiative led by singer & sound healing practitioner ELLYÄNA, offering restorative experiences through sound baths, somatic care, and intentional reflection. SVDGVRL SOURCE creates calming, reflective environments for emotional well-being, healing, and inner balance.

Through guided sound therapy and grounding practices, each session invites participants to soften, slow down, and return to themselves.

If paying $25 would prohibit you from attending this event, please purchase a $15 Community Discount Ticket (sliding scale, limited tickets available while supplies last). We believe a connection to the land fosters the mental, physical, and spiritual wellness of individuals, communities, and the planet. We want to provide a quality event that facilitates this connection, but we also believe all members of our community should have access to this event.

If you are able to pay more than the suggested ticket price, the difference will go towards covering the cost of those in our community who can’t.

Once purchased, you will receive more information on how to prepare for the event.

No pets or children under 16 for this experience.

Important Notes

Weather Cancellations: Weather that could lead to an event being canceled is a heat index temperature at the time of the event of 105 degrees, or severe weather warnings. Whenever possible, cancellations will take place at least 6 hours before the event.

Low Registration Cancellations: FONA reserves the right to cancel a session if fewer than 25 people register. In the event of a cancellation due to low participant registration, you will receive a full refund.

Refund Policy: Full refunds are provided for refund requests received up to 3 days prior to the program date.

Frequently asked questions

Can I still attend this event if I use a cane, walker, or have other physical limitations?

Yes! Please just email ythomas@fona.org when registering for the event to let us know, and we will work with the instructor to accommodate your needs.

I see pets aren't allowed, but am I allowed to bring my service animal?

Yes! Service animals are always allowed at FONA programs and events.

I am planning on using a ride share to get to the Arboretum. Where should I have them drop me off?

Please drop a pin at the National Grove of State Trees within the grounds so the driver will drop you off exactly at the meeting location. DO NOT JUST ENTER THE ARBORETUM'S ADDRESS, as you will be dropped off at one of the Arboretum gates, ~20 minute walk from the meeting location.
