Event description

Description

The Electric Vehicle Energy Taskforce will be holding a series of regional stakeholder engagement workshops over the summer, with the next one taking place on the 9th September at Strathclyde Univeristy's Technology and Innovation Centre, Glasgow.

The intention behind these workshops is to provide an overview of the work of the Taskforce; presentation of the work of each of the separate Work Packages and how it will all fit together to form a coherent set of recommendations and to invite critical feedback from stakeholders.

Outline Agenda:

  • Introduction to the EV Energy Taskforce.
  • Background Scottish and UK Government Policies (inc. details about OLEV's Smart Charging Consultation that is currently open.)
  • General discussion on overall taskforce recommendations and the key themes that have emerged from the work.

This workshop is open to all relevant stakeholders that wish to engage in the EV Energy Taskforce and help refine the final output report that will be given to the UK Government in Q4 2019.

Outputs and presentations from all stakeholder seminars and workshops will be made available on the EVET online portal, held on the LowCVP website:
