EuroSTEMPeers 2023

EuroSTEMPeers is the European chapter of the global non-profit organisation STEMPeers (https://stempeers.org), which aims to connect early-stage STEM researchers to seek collaborations and guidance for transitioning into industrial, academic, and entrepreneurial roles. After successfully hosting two in-person conferences (Brno 2018, Berlin 2019) and two virtual conferences in 2020 and 2021, we have introduced a unique stage for young researchers to network with seasoned professionals as well as to take advantage of the STEMPeers network in building their future roadmap to success. Besides the career transition stories that we will dwell upon, EuroSTEMPeers 2023 will also focus on other highly relevant topics such as empowerment, upskilling, and understanding core strengths, as well as discussing key issues like mental health and parents in academia/industry.
