This event is organized by the Istanbul Policy Center – Stiftung Mercator Initiative at Sabancı University, together with Columbia University’s Sakıp Sabancı Center for Turkish Studies, Harriman Institute, ISERP, Weatherhead East Asian Institute, and Columbia Global Centers ǀ Istanbul.
