Event description

Description

As mental health professionals it is important for us to stay connected with others in our profession. On the 1st Friday of each month we will have a brown bag lunch gathering to discuss various topics on mental health and how to care for ourselves while doing the work we do. This is a great opportunity to network, find referral options, make friends, and feel supported by others who understand the demand of this work. Grab a free ticket, your lunch, and come hang out for as much or as little of the 90 minutes you are able to attend. We only have seating for about 10 people, so secure your spot now. Also due to limited seating, if you grab a ticket and later find you can not attend, PLEASE LET US KNOW so we can offer your chair to others.

Who's invited?? Anyone who works, or is a masters level student in the mental health field, Counselors, Psychologists, Therapists, Social Workers, QMHP's, Interns, etc. If you work in the mental health field with clients, you are welcome to attend!

This will be an informal gathering and lightly facilitated. Each month we will have introductions and different topics of discussion. Topic suggestions are requested!!
