increase metabolism using dietary and lifestyle strategies that increase muscle mass and detoxify the body to ensure a greater basal metabolic rate (BMR).
Laura Rokosz is a seasoned Pharmacologist and Food Scientist with 28 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology industries. She received her B.S., M.S., and Ph.D in Food Science from Rutgers University and is the current Chair of the Rutgers Food Science Advisory Board. Dr. Rokosz is the founder and owner of EGGLROCK Nutrition, LLC, an Integrative Healthcare practice providing dietary and lifestyle guidance for disease prevention and health maintenance. Our wellness programs address risk factors for Metabolic and Inflammatory diseases as well as disordered eating in adults and children, fertility, sports nutrition and stress management.
