ETOC (EPO) Collaborative Learning Session

Venue: Multifaith Seminar Room, Fairfield House, Fairfield General Hospital, Norther Care Alliance

You are asked to bring a team involved in the collaborative, such as staff members currently engaged in completing your area's PDSA cycles and those closely involved in assessing and developing this work.

We would be looking at a maximum of 3 attendees per ward, including the ward manager.

At the learning session each team will have the opportunity to share:

• Examples of any ETOC-related improvement projects or tests of change underway in your area
• Reflections on what is working well, what has been challenging, and early impacts you have seen
• Any ideas that could help improve ETOC practices in your department or across the Trust
• Good practices or innovative approaches that could support staff or improve patient experience

Your experiences and contributions will help shape a more sustainable, thoughtful, and collaborative path forward for ETOC across the NCA.
