Join Sossena Tekle-Mariam for an adventure in Ethiopian Cuisine. Born in Ethiopia, Sossena came to California to further her education and found her way into cooking and creating recipes passed down to her by her mother. She now calls Fresno home, where she finds joy in teaching and showing others how to cook. Sossena will educate you about traditional Ethiopian dishes and teach you how to make delicious recipes like her Ethiopian Bone Soup, Takil Gomen (Cabbage and Potato), Yebeg Wot (Lamb Stew with Yogurt Sauce) served with Ethiopian bread (Injera) and for dessert, Sossena's Honey Sweetened Baklava alongside a hot cup of Ethiopian Chai.
