Have you been spending the last few months perfecting your bread baking skills? Join jHUB Young Professionals as we learn how to make a new type of bread, defo dabo, or Ethiopian Challah, to celebrate the Ethiopian Jewish holiday of Sigd.

We will mix the ingredients together on the Zoom call and learn about the Ethiopian Jewish Community and the holiday of Sigd.
