Ethics, Technology, and Your Practice
This seminar will focus on practical steps attorneys and law firms should take in light of recent changes to ABA model ethical rules and Wisconsin ethics opinions. The internet of things, cloud computing, and other ever-changing technologies create confidentiality, privacy, and other challenges for attorneys. We will provide simple steps to take to protect your clients and practice.
