Learn to list and define appropriate terms, pronouns, and actions to use when working with LGBTQ+ youth in order to work more inclusively and effectively, and to avoid barriers to communication

Learn to describe strategies that can help mitigate self-harm and minority stress regarding the LGBTQ+ youth

Learn to apply currently laws, legal requirement , and best practices to actions regarding the LGBTQ+ youth

Learn to recognize and develop more LGBTQ inclusive and welcoming forms, spaces, and policies.

You will need to have a zoom account to participate in this training
