Navigating day to day clinical interactions and challenges in an ethical manner requires a solid grounding in ethics and an intentional utilization of an ethical framework. A crisis situation requires clinicians to formulate a response in a much faster time frame. This can increase a clinicians risk for ethical complaints to the governing body. This six-hour training will provide clinicians with an understanding of the unique circumstances of navigating an ethical dilemma in a crisis. Participants will learn a framework to assist decision making along with documentation requirements to decrease risk for litigation and grievances.

Light Continental Breakfast will be served.
