Dr. Edward Cremata has been in private practice in Fremont for 30 years. He is a continuing education instructor for both the Division of Workers’ Compensation and Palmer West, where is also an Associate Professor. He has been a QME since 1996. He is a fellow of the both the Royal College of Physicians and the Academy of Forensic and Industrial Chiropractic Consultants. He has been published in peer-reviewed medical and legal journals including JMPT and Lexis Nexis.
