The Jacob Burns Center for Ethics in the Practice of Law presents Ethics and Government Lawyering in the Age of Trump, a speaker series that probes the ethical challenges confronting government lawyers in the Trump era. It features prominent members of former Presidential Administrations and leading scholars of legal ethics.

W. Bradley Wendel is Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Professor of Law at Cornell Law School, where he teaches professional responsibility, torts, and products liability. Professor Wendel writes frequently on the topic of legal ethics and is the author of Law and Ethics: An Introduction (Cambridge University Press 2014); Lawyers and Fidelity to Law (Princeton University Press 2010); Professional Responsibility: Examples and Explanations (Aspen Publishers 2010); and is a co-editor of the casebook, The Law and Ethics of Lawyering (Foundation Press 2010).
