The Heyman Center on Corporate Governance at Cardozo School of Law and the Stein Center for Law and Ethics at Fordham Law School present:

Ethical Pitfalls and Pratfalls in Corporate Representations: Conflicts, Waivers, and Common Interest and Joint Defense Agreements

Please join us for a panel discussion covering a variety of topics, including confidentiality of information on electronic devices when traveling, conflicts facing whistleblower attorneys, advance conflict of interest waivers, common interest and joint defense agreements, conflicts facing attorneys representing corporate entities, and using hypotheticals to regulators regarding waiver of the attorney-client privilege.
