Please join us for a lively discussion of current ethical issues that business and corporate attorneys face. The panel will address a variety of topics, including issue or positional conflicts, adverse counsel’s ability to interview corporate employees, use of threats by opposing counsel, subordinate and supervisory attorney responsibility and in-firm attorney-client privilege.
