Examining the impact of negative religious involvement & coping on mental health & practical guidelines to assist counselors. NBCC Hrs: 3

About this event

While spirituality, religious coping, and intrinsic religiosity have been identified as protective constructs related to mental health, participation in organized religion has also been correlated with various negative mental health outcomes, including anxiety, depression, shame, substance abuse, and suicidal ideation.
