What: LEP-ESTO Opening Gala - Ballet
LEP-ESTO 2013 gets off to its official start with an awe-inspiring opening ceremony at the Palace of Fine Arts. This formal gala-style celebration will connect the artistic mediums of Ballet and Music, including the Estonian National Ballet's American-premiere of "Time", choreographed by SF Ballet Principal Dancer Tiit Helimets and "Othello" choreographed by Marina Kesler. Musical acts are highlighted by outstanding New York Broadway singer and astonishing actress Hanna-Liina Võsa and fascinating Hando Nahkur, one of the greatest pianists in the world, both born and raised in Estonia. The Gala will be opened by the Estonian Youth Wind Orchestra, an ensemble of 40 young and talented wind, brass, and percussion players, ages 15-25 from throughout Estonia.
When: Friday, June 28th 07:00PM-10:00PM. Plan to arrive early to explore the EXPO “Discover Estonia” and witness our very own world-renowned illusionist Jürgen Veber. The Opening Gala will be followed by a post reception and after-party that goes until midnight.

11:00 a.m.- 05:00 p.m. EXPO "Discover Estonia". Open to all, free of charge.
05:00 p.m.-07:00 p.m. EXPO continues.
07:00 p.m.- 10:00 p.m. Performance including Estonian National Ballet and honorary guests.
