Event description

Description

LUNCH WILL BE PROVIDED

This 8 hour program teaches the primary aspects of Traffic Control Estimating. It provides the estimator with the skills necessary to assemble a detailed and accurate estimate of this scope of work.

Improvements in bidding and estimating techniques will permit project personnel to concentrate on work-zone application and layout. These same improvements can result in efficiencies to the company, who can tailor work-zone traffic control to their production rates and construction methods. A final benefit is the reduction of your customer cost for work-zone traffic control through improved bidding and contract administration.

Your estimators and staff learn each step of the bidding process, along with advanced techniques that cover how to pick the best jobs and which bidding process to apply.

When should you shop for better prices? When should you turn down an opportunity to bid? How do you know what the competition is doing? All of these questions and more are answered in this course.
