A Two-Day Learning Experience!

This event is primarily designed for disadvantaged and small business subcontractors, but all content applies to prime contractors as well. The instructor, Ed Duarte will focus on typical pricing scenarios and methods used to prepare bids for heavy-civil construction projects, including materials and subcontractor pricing and labor productivity. BRING YOUR LAPTOP!

June 6

Day One: Instructor will focus on pricing materials and labor costs with an emphasis on labor productivity. Remember to register for Day-Two for the final application of how to properly prepare cost estimates and submit a bid.

June 13

Day Two: Instructor will illustrate how to finalize a spreadsheet and prepare a completed bid through Microsoft Excel. Final presentation becomes the Scope Letter that subcontractors must utilize to submit their bids.
