2017-18 Nonprofit Management Workshop Series: Essentials of Nonprofit Project Management

Having strong local partners that support small businesses is key to the success of New York City’s commercial districts. Our Nonprofit Management workshop content is curated to help staff and board members at nonprofit economic development organizations that execute commercial revitalization projects in their neighborhoods.

Description:

Learn how to lead project teams to the desired outcome through a clear articulation of the result and the deliverables within specific time frames, identified resources and by tracking and monitoring key milestones through to project completion.

Total course hours: 1 session, half day (10:00am - 1:00pm).
