Description

Deciding how to spend precious time is a critical decision that every teacher faces. With all of the competing demands that pull teachers in different directions, it’s easy to become overwhelmed and frustrated. In response to this challenge, the Idaho Regional Math Center for Region II is proud to offer an in-depth, collaborative look for K-5 teachers around the Essential Understandings to focus on in each domain of the Common Core Standards for Mathematics to support teachers in prioritizing where to spend valuable instructional minutes.

Big Ideas in the Operations and Algebraic Thinking (OA) Standards - August 1

Big Ideas in the Number and Operations – Fractions (NF) Standards - August 2

Big Ideas in the Geometry (G) Standards – August 3

Big Ideas in the Measurement and Data (MD) Standards – August 4

Each day's workshops will be held from 8:30am -3:00pm.

One credit will be available for those who attend 3 sessions (for $50).

Two credits will be available for those who attend all 5 sessions (for $100).
