About this Event

Our HealthOne physiotherapist, Megan Kaushal BScKin MScPT, will be giving us her best tips for preventing injuries in runners!

Megan talk about why injuries happen, the most common injuries she sees in her practice, and her best tips on how to prevent them.

Megan will also discuss the best support and bracing options for runners from our partners at Bauerfeind.

All attendees will receive a FREE 15 Minute Physio Consultation and a Bauerfiend Compression Sleeve/Socks!
