Essential Oils & Yoga

Join me for an evening of yoga with essential oils! Come indulge your senses in a gentle yoga flow followed by a complementary herbal tea and healthy nibble. We will be incorporating essential oils throughout class and we will share with you our favorite uses, tips, and tricks to incorporating essential oils into your yoga practice. I'll be leading the yoga class but I will also be alongside doTERRA specialist, Liz Morrison who can help answer your questions and get you set up with all the essential oils you could ever want.
We will be sharing some tips, best uses, and practices to pair your yoga, meditation, and personal time with the perfect essential oils. This is an amazing opportunity to do yoga, meet and connect with like-minded community members, learn about essential oils, and have the chance to learn how to use, both, yoga and essential oils to benefit you and your wellness journey.

-1 hour yoga and meditation class with essential oils
-Optional group workshop on doTERRA essential oils
-Healthy nibbles and herbal tea
