We are living in a very tumultuous time. Most of our stress levels are higher than ever and our sleep is totally out-of-whack. Our nervous systems are over-taxed and our sleep schedules are less-than ideal, having us waking up numerous times throughout the night or waking up feeling groggy and unrested, which only perpetuates anxiety.
