Join Silver doTERRA leader and freelance features expert for Marie Claire, Woman's Day, Oxygen, Women's Health & Fitness, Good Health just to name a few, as she teaches you all of the oils suited for enhancing athletic performance, aiding recovery and a motivated mindset.

If you're new to oils, are into health, fitness and training hard, this class is the place to start and I teach an intro class like no other. You have been warned.


Essential oils have been part of my life for the past few years and I'm excited to share some game-changing ways that you can implement them into your life. They're no more expensive than the protein powder you're buying, and there are multiple uses for them (ahem, you think that versatile protein powder you buy is the shiz, just wait to see what you can do with Lavender!), which I'll be sharing with you on the day!


Over herbal tea (or a glass of champers!) we will learn how to use essential oils to:

+ aid in muscle recovery and alleviate DOMS

+ sleep like a log so we can wake up and slay our bootcamp session

+ enhance our cooking and food flavouring whilst keeping our macros in check

+ use and select oils when we're injured

+ boost our immunity

+ enhance our athletic performance

+ ground and calm us when we need to stretch, centre and relax

+ focus our mindset so we are ready to smash any PB we create.


And because you are coming along to the How, To AND Why, we'll also learn:

+ what essential oils are - they aren't oils!

+ how to safely use essential oils - because no one wants peppermint on their lady parts

+ why essential oils are great for mood management (and how you CAN sniff your way to a better mood)

+ the best essential oils to start your collection with and how to get started

+ and why doTERRA is the shiz.


Please feel free to bring a friend but make sure they register, or you register for two people!
