Event description

Description

Have more fun and save time in the kitchen and perfect your julienne, batons, and chiffonade. To note: we do not sell knives.
The first lesson in professional training is to learn to select, handle, and maintain knives. Each knife has a specific purpose and earning to use each knife with confidence and precision takes a great deal of knowledge. Focusing on vegetable and fruit preparation, learn to use the correct knife with expertise by being shown how to and participate by chopping, slicing, and dicing like a pro in this hands-on 2.5 to 3-hour workshop.
Recipes include:
- Watermelon and Tomato Gazpacho
