Description

Kundalini Yoga is a yogic practice done through kriyas. A kriya is a series of postures, breath and sound that work toward a specific outcome. Practicing a kriya initiates a sequence of physical and mental changes that affect the body, mind and spirit simultaneously.

While some kriyas are more calming and meditative, other kriyas can be quite rigorous and challenging. This 8-week series consists of 90-minute weekly classes, each covering an important aspect of Kundalini Yoga that every beginner student should be aware of to begin and maintain a successful practice.

Enroll in the entire series to get the full experience and save on classes or drop in for a single class.

  • Week 5: How To Strengthen The Navel Point

  • Week 6: How To Keep The Spine Flexible

  • Week 7: How To Build Nerve Strength & Patience

  • Week 8: How To Stay Committed To The Practice

Dress comfortably. All levels of yogis are welcome. Space is limited; early registration strongly encouraged.
