What is Essence is a 3 days of music, workshops and fashion festival. People come from all over the country to be apart of this celebration. The city will be jumping with events all weekend long. HOTEL ONLY

3-night hotel stay for up to 4 people in a room $1280 with a $100 deposit will hold your spot. There will be 3 additional payments due the payment schedule is below.

1st payment due November 1st $430

2nd payment due February 1st $375

3rd and final payment due May 1st $375

$100 Deposit due immediately. We offer payment plans and financing (through uplift.com) if you are interested here is the application https://agent.uplift.com/#/. The deposit is nonrefundable and nontransferable UNLESS the event is cancelled. Final Payment due on or before 05/01/2021 (NO EXCEPTIONS)**Upon receipt of deposit a client profile will be emailed to you within 72 business hours. You will select a package, list roommates, etc on the profile. Profile must be faxed back to our company within 5 business days.*****All payments including makeup payments must be paid in full on or by May 01, 2021 Terms$100 nonrefundable reservation fee is due to book your package. Credit Card payments (2.3% Surcharge), money orders, & cashier checks will be accepted. The final payment is due in the office on May 01, 2021. No Exceptions!! TAXES ARE INCLUDED IN PRICE. All deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Trip Insurance is suggested for all Special Events. Trip insurance is not included, however, a quote will be sent to your email. We will allow ONE change per reservation, any changes after that will incur a $50 change fee. All requests for seats sitting with someone else in another reservation will be denied. You must be on the same reservation to be seated together. No exceptions! Parties/events are subject to change without notice.
