Course Overview

This is a virtual online Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM entry level training for beginners and end users and power users that includes Navigation overview, UI walk-through, terminology, terms and concepts and the different modules including setting up accounts, contacts and activities, using the sales, customer service, and marketing processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
