Especially Needed Annual Sponsorship

Especially Needed invites your organization to become a sponsor and support our mission. For the past eight years, Especially Needed has hosted several events that are attended by hundreds of families in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. The primary reasons they attend is because 1) we create a fun and exciting environment where everyone feels relaxed and welcomed, and 2) we invite vendors who provide beneficial information and resources to families with unique needs. Sponsors play an essential role in making all of our events possible including covering expenses for games, food, the venue, bounce houses, clowns, trains, petting zoo and much more. We offer Annual Sponsorships, Event Sponsorships and an Annual Vendor Booth option. The Annual Sponsorships include a vendor booth at our spring and fall events, plus many many many ongoing mass marketing opportunities to families who need your information the most, throughout the year. The Event Sponsorships also include a vendor booth to one of our events, and is a great option for marketing your company to our families. Beginning in January 2018, Especially Needed will distribute a semi-monthly newsletter to our families. Each newsletter will contain an interview with one of our amazing families, helpful information and marketing space. Below is a detailed outline of benefits of each sponsorship level:

Sign-up today to become a sponsor at https://enannualsponsorship.eventbrite.com. As soon as you sign-up, you will receive a confirmation letter and an Especially Needed board member will contact you. If you want your annual sponsorship to begin with the 2018 Fall Carnival, please sign-up before 10/25. Depending on your sponsorship level, your company’s information will become available to our families asap, so the sooner you can sign-up the better! If you prefer to mail your sponsor payment before 10/25, please complete the online form and send your check to: Especially Needed, Attn: Sponsorship, 2413 Summerside Lane, McKinney, TX 75072 and include your company contact information. If you require specific accommodations for your set up, please provide this information as well during registration. All monies for each sponsorship level go directly to support the events and activities we provide throughout the year for individuals with special needs and their families.
