Description

ESCGP-2 TO ESCGP-3: NEW PA DEP REVIEWER PROCESS AND PERMIT IMPLEMENTATION SEMINAR
DECMEBER 13, 2017

5 PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT HOURS AVAILABLE

The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PA DEP) administers the Erosion and Sedimentation Control General Permit (ESCGP-2) for Earth Disturbance Associated with Oil and Gas Exploration, Production, Processing, or Treatment Operations or Transmission Facilities, including Post Construction Stormwater Management (PCSM) requirements. Recently the PA DEP has undertaken several initiatives to streamline reviews and reduce permit times.

Join oil and gas industry stakeholders to get up to date information on the PA DEP ESCGP and how they regulate activities through Chapter 102. The PA DEP will provide details on the transition from ESCGP-2 to ESCGP-3 that will occur in 2018, as well as provide information on the industry workgroups that are being formed to assist in this process. Lastly, a panel of subject matter experts will share tips, techniques, and lessons learned while preparing ESCGP permit applications and working with the PA DEP.
