About this event
🌿 Wild Yoga at Cefn Coed 🌿
Reconnect. Reset. Rewild.
Join us for a grounding and heart-opening yoga session in the open meadow at Cefn Coed, Penmaenpool, surrounded by ancient woodland and panoramic mountain views.
Led by Frankie Walker—an experienced teacher from some of London’s top studios and a guide on award-winning retreats—this outdoor class invites you to move mindfully, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself and the natural world. Whether you're a total beginner or a regular practitioner, Frankie’s creative, welcoming style supports all levels in finding balance and presence in nature.
Practicing yoga outdoors amplifies its benefits. In this peaceful wild meadow, birdsong, fresh air, and open skies offer a full-sensory experience of calm and connection. It’s forest bathing through movement—a natural reset for the nervous system. When the weather doesn’t hold, practice continues beneath our open-sided gazebo, where the gentle sound of rain on canvas only deepens the feeling of stillness.
🌼 After your session, why not stay a little longer?
- Pop up to our onsite café for a herbal tea or coffee
- Book a slot in our wood-fired sauna tent
- Wander into the ancient woodland for quiet exploration
- Or head down to the Mawddach Estuary for a refreshing wild swim
