Do you feel stressed? Would you like to find ways to relax?

ERT is a practice for calming yourself, for letting go of any biases, and calming the mind. It is a way of training your mind so that you are not distracted and caught up in its endless churning & distractions. It is a way to renew your energy and explore your inner self at the same time.

Join us for a FREE introductory evening of ERT, with our 30 Minute Mindfulness Class!

Tuesdays 2 x 30 minute classes (5:30pm & 6:30pm)

We are going to learn particular ways to release the mind, allowing the mind to rest and attaining a state of consciousness that is totally different from the normal waking state. This is not part of any religion, it is a science, which follows a particular order, has definite principles, and produces results that can be verified. It allows the mind to become clear, relaxed, and inward focused. When we do an ERT class you are fully awake and alert, but your mind is not focused on the external world or on the events taking place around you.
